sooooooooo yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! i've been so MIA and soooooooooo not counting my point on a daily basis, i've just been doing it mentally (bad bad bad) .. my weigh in was suppose to have been friday, but i completly overslept and when i got up i had to run and didn't get to do it.. and then saturday i got my period with the worst cramps everrrrrrrrrr .......... so all in all im gonna weigh myself tommorrow which was my old weigh in day, but its just gonna be to see how im doing, fridays are going to be the official days. this weekend was portugal day weekend in newark and so all the dancing burned off lotsss of calories!! LOL ..... its so hot.. i hate humidity! and im breaking out like crazyy!! i decided to post some pix so keep tuned for those, maybe tomm when i do my weigh in! .. muahz

So today was suppose to be my weigh - in day, but im changing it to Fridays, that lets me have more control of my flex points. I usually mess up most on the weekend so this way I will have to behave super good during the week which is a lot easier. I wanted to weigh myself sooo bad today but im gonna hold off til friday. But hmm I've been slacking. I had a baby shower this weekend and I ate without counting. And today i've been nibbling non stop. Bla.

I still can't stop laughing. Last night I went over to my friend Lili's house, she's 8 months pregnant and we went to have a cookie night. The girls (5 of us) and I are sitting around the table just talking and being silly and my ass falls to the floor! THE CHAIR BROKE! .... how embarassing being the heaviest of us all. But we all laughed it off. I was dying of laughter even when I was going to sleep. It was just too funny. She says the chair was already broke but i dont know ... lol time to really stricten up on weight watchers !!!

 I have no idea how im doing today, a quick run down of what i've had ...

orange juice - 2pts
wheat mini bagel - 2pts
Tiny bit of butter - 1/2 pt
pasta w/veggies 1 cup - 4 pts 
doritos (bad) - 3 pts
D.Coke - 0 pts
peanuts (so yum) - 4 pts
peach - 1 pt 

total of 16.5 points consumed as of 6:43 pm haha

5.5 pts to go, and the dinner menu looks as follows...

salmon - 4 pts. 
1/2 potatoe - 1.5pts
broccoli - 0pts 

if thats what i end up really eating. then ill be at 0 points for the day and two vegg/fruit servings short. damn doritos, i may just go ahead and have those servings and deduct from  my weekly 30. I have to see what the belly says later.

Damn Soft Drinks

Ugh I'm a little disappointed in myself because of my eating behaviors yesterday. I was soooo bad!!!  Nothing would satisfy me but cookies and coke! I really need to give up on Soft Drinks but it's sooooooo hard! And I know that if I stopped drinking them I could really kick off some pounds but its so hard! Any pointers?!

Week One Weight In

Week One Summary!

I lost 2.5 pounds this week.

School just started this week so I didn't have much time
to come on here and post but today was weight in number one!

I could have done better. I was doing good the first few days, but then 
Memorial Day weekend ruined everything. Or should I say, I let 
the weekend ruin everything!

But Im off to a good start, at least I didn't gain anything.

Today I took iniative to go to the gym all by myself! Hopefully 
I can keep up with it a few times a week.

My weight loss journey starts today.

What!
Yes, I made a LiveJournal! 
For what? 
I'm tired of being fat! 
Yes, I know, so are so many others in the same shoes as me
but im ready to do something about it!
I recently reached 175 lbs, my highest weight ever...completly unacceptable.
I want to weigh 135 by my birthday, December 21, 2007.
This gives me 7 months minus a day to reach my goal. 
Goal: Lose 40 pounds.

and how am i going to do this you ask??
Weight Watchers. 

I am using LiveJournal to keep track of my progress, so help me through this to get to my goal.
